About Villa

Enter Casa Salinas I through the wrought iron gates into the courtyard of this beautifully furnished 8,000 sq.ft villa . Its unique Palapa high ceiling and living room sliding glass doors open to the ocean breezes and encourage both entertaining and quiet contemplation. Located on a private beach on the prestigious South Shore of Banderas Bay just 2 miles south of town this lovely home offers nine spacious air-conditioned bedrooms, with private en-suite bathrooms and sleeps 18 with 7 king beds, 1 double queen, 1 with twin beds. Enjoy the heated infinity pool offering great views of the Bay of Banderas, Satellite TV, WiFi throughout the villas, free calls to the USA via Vonage and also a staff that includes a houseman, maid and cook 6 days a week to cater to our guests every need. There is also an English speaking on-site manager that oversees the staff and both villas and can arrange for mariachis, manicures, pedicures, birthday cakes, flowers, etc. – just let us know your needs. Charter our boat for fishing, snorkeling, scuba or sightseeing around the Bay – Juan is a great captain and knows all the best spots.

Juan was great, very helpful when we needed him without being overbearing. He was informative and responsive to our needs and did a great job coordinating our stay. Yede(?) was absolutely fantastic, she helped in coordinating taxis, the boat ride, etc when we needed help. She was really friendly and spoke very good English, which was helpful. My New Favorite Place in the World
I can’t say enough about CASA SALINAS II. The staff, the location, the comfort, there is too much to say. Everything is taken care of from arrival to departure. The food is better than anything you can find elsewhere (prepared by a private chef), the view is one of those picturesque things that makes you smile when you wake up. The sound of the 80 degree ocean rolling on your private beach. A beautifully kept heated pool…ahhh… I want to go back now. Thanks to the Casa Salinas staff for a perfect week, and for such a reasonable price compared to the other larger villas that we shopped for.
