Hillside Area, Villa Encantada is one of the newer Puerto Vallarta villa rentals. The 5000 square foot villa was designed and built by renowned Puerto Vallarta architect, Arturo Ramos, and was completed in 2006.Villa Encantada is perfectly situated just a few minutes south of downtown Puerto Vallarta in peaceful Amapas/Conchas Chinas, a lush residential area known for some of the most spectacular Puerto Vallarta villa rentals. A short 15 minute walk or 5 minute taxi ride will get you to the lively days and vibrant nightlife of the downtown or to gorgeous Conchas Chinas Beach, the premiere beach on the south side.
