Testimonials
Our family of 9 really enjoyed our time at Villa Tita. With such an organized, unobtrusive, helpful staff to meet our every need, we had a wonderful, relaxing time with each other. The Villa is equipped with everything one could need and the proximity to the Zona Romantica was an added plus. There was no need to take a taxi to town as it's just a short walk on the beach. The chef, Luis, prepared delicious meals and they were served by Abel, the friendly, smiling houseman. Could not have been a better experience. Thank you all.
After double-digit visits, this is one of our best stays in a PV rental property to date! Our regular go-to rentals were booked up earlier than usual for 2016, so we decided to nudge the budget up a bit and give Villa Tita a try. Tita did not disappoint.
A mixed group of singles and couples, 10 of us occupied all six bedrooms. Not a bad room in the house. All spacious. All with en suites. Incredible views. Very comfortable beds, must be new. Not your standard extra firm 'Mexican mattresses'.
The estate is huge, cascading down the mountainside from the Highway at the front gate (which we never heard) down to the pedestrian entrance on Calle Amapas/Santa Barbara. We certainly got our FitBit steps in at Tita, and loved all the different levels.
The location is perfect. Very walkable along Amapas to Southside shops & eateries.
Stellar staff! Friendly and competent houseman Moises anticipated our every need. Juan Luis is not a cook, he's an accomplished chef! Delighted with his creations all week. Ana the housekeeper was so friendly and hardworking. She must be super fit traversing the stairs from each room back and forth to the laundry room. All just so easy, friendly, polite and accommodating to work with. Really good people.
The pool is the best. We've rented many villas over the years, and the generous size of the heated saltwater pool and pool deck at Tita makes it our all-time favorite. Pool-deck privacy, especially at night, was never an issue. One caveat: take special care to wear flipflops (or comparable) on the poolside tiles at all times. They are unusually slippery when wet.
No real downers for us. Other than perhaps the full-size tennis court is a waste of real estate, Lol! Could easily slip another 3-4 bedroom villa in there! Haha.
Worth every penny. Looking forward to our next visit to Villa Tita!
