This magnificent villa is located approximately one mile south of the city. The villa sits on 30,000 sq. ft. of land and has 19,800 sq. ft. of living space and consists of five luxurious bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, each with A/C, ceiling fans, flat screen TV's and views of Banderas Bay. There is also a one bedroom Casita with A/C, ceiling fan, kitchenette and private terrace with views of the Bay. Adjoining the large sun terrace is the Pool Cabana and wet bar.
